Topic: The Giant Roof Foundation
The foundation is a non-governmental, non-sectarian, non-stock, non-profit organization conceptualized after the silver 2000 reunion, organized on March 28, 2002 and registered with the Philippine Stock Exchange Commission on September 11, 2002 to promote educational, social and economic growth in impoverished rural areas of Bulacan. The foundation is composed of members of Marcelo H. Del Pilar high school batch of 1975.
As a community-based organization, our ultimate goal is to empower the youth through vocational and technical education and assist individuals and poor families to attain self-sufficiency by providing resources for sustainable livelihood, access to health facilities and by participating in poverty-alleviation programs of the government.
